Rick Hudson
Rick Hudson started his carpentry career as an apprentice for a high end cabinetry shop then moved on to building high end custom residential and commercial cabinetry. Rick has held a position of director of production with experiences in engineering, purchasing and large architectural millwork with companies in Savannah, Georgia and here in the Richmond, Virginia area. In 1996, Rick obtained a specialized design degree focusing on computer aided drafting (CAD) and 3D modeling. As the owner of Cary’s Mill Woodworking, Rick uses his CAD expertise to produce detailed architectural prints with detailed measurements to insure quality and accuracy on every project. Rick is a native of Midlothian, Virginia, enjoys computing, reading, sports and spending quality family time with his wife and two kids.

Ben Luton
Ben Luton has over 15 years of carpentry experience in his own company Regal Hill Homes prior to joining Cary’s Mill Woodworking. Ben’s previous experience was with Stoney Creek Builders, D.P. Baker Homes Inc. of Midlothain, Virginia, Hayek Construction of Boca Raton, Florida and Crossroads Construction of Nashville, Tennessee. Ben’s expertise is hands on with project and human resource management of high-end residential framing and remodeling, footings, trim, siding, additions and custom home design and construction. Ben enjoys music and architecture. Ben is a native of Midlothian, Virginia and attends St. John Nuemann Catholic Church with his wife and two children.
